This is what I live for. These moments best describe what my life is all about. 

Leading 800++ people to praise God. Man, what a blessing and privilege it is, especially on my birthday. Thank You God.

My birthday prayer is that there’s more moments like these - with thousands encountering God. Amen.

What a night and what a conference.

Obviously past few days I've been busy but my heart is really full - seeing how God is moving and how passionate the people are.

Many thanks to all involved and those who came. Many names to mention but I am really proud of all of you. All glory to God!!!

Quick shoutout to the worship team for putting in their heart and soul in leading worship during conference. I wanna appreciate all of you - both directly involved or not involved because everyone has a role to play in building His kingdom. I believe God will honour each one of you as you honour Him. May God continue to lead us as a ministry as we serve together in His name, especially with exciting things ahead. 

Next up : we are bringing this to Sabah soon - in the upcoming Diocese Youth camp. Can’t wait to be there, so 12th June night will be the IGNITE night so pray with us.

triple threat

Past few days have been crazy. 3 shows in a row. Never thought I would have done something like this. 

My buddy Neil (of RELENT) said something that sum up what I am passionate about - paraphrasing him, “we just need to move out of our comfort zone to share the message of love to the world”

So that’s the foundation of what I do and what I am passionate about.
 
I am just grateful for the experiences from these few days and also for the people I met. Huge thanks to everyone for the love and support.
 
Probably will be taking a breather for awhile but do stay tuned to my fb music page for updates.
Like i said yesterday - best is yet to come.

Last weekend was totally LIT!

Ignite was probably the most craziest yet happening event ever done at FCC. Literally LIT. The heart of it is that it will create a spark in our hearts, igniting our passion in our journey in knowing God.

I believe that happened tonight and I pray that this will set us up to experience something greater for Him.

A huge thanks to all who were involved in making this all possible. I am very proud and thankful for every single one of you. Your energy is just amazing.

Let’s keep this momentum going!!

TLog episode 3

Another gig at Playspace, that means another episode for TLog!

Yours truly had the privilege to be among the acts that involved in this music festival which headlined by Pacific (from Australia). It was an awesome night of music, unfortunately I was tired to stay the whole day, thus the video was till Pacific act :S

Anyway, big kudos to Darren Teh (of An Honest Mistake) for organizing it and all the acts that did awesomely.

Another episode of TLog is back!!!

A sweet and simple lookback at DEYC 2017. A camp that always close to my heart as it is an opportunity to share life and be a blessing to many people especially young people.

DEYC2017

It was a blessing to spend past few days at #deyc2017ccl.

Crazy yet powerful time of worship, plus the opportunity to share life with youths.

After "resting" two years, I am back attending DEYC2017.

The journey begins with some chilling around KK.

Avengers assemble!!! Seriously, our group name is Avengers. That's what happen when you give someone like me the freedom to name my group. Hahaha.

Anyway, had a wonderful privilege to lead and supervise these young people during this camp. May God bless you all to be a shining beacon in wherever you are

Also, privileged to work with these folks in worship team. Worked and rocked hard. Hahaha.

Overall, it looks and feel simple camp but it feels very meaningful for the campers. Things can get better though. May you all continue to shine for Him in years to come.

TLog episode 1

Many years ago, I love editing and recording videos until recent times, I got a bit lazy.

Well, I told myself, I can't be lazy anymore but to continue to put my skills to good use. So, that's why I "reboot" or "restart" my effort in vlog too.

A simple vlog that covered last Thursday's Heartcore gig. While you munch your lunch, enjoy it! I promise there's nothing that will make you vomit your food.

It's been some time i did a full band gig and big thanks to Wayne and Mickey for making it possible. You all are legends.

I am very excited to share about this news, a Heartcore news.

Those who knows what's heartcore is all about will know that it's never about money and fame, but it's all about living our faith loud.

The past few months, each one of us have been busy with our own project, church ministries and life. Those who know us well would know what we are doing. At the end of the day, we love God and life.

I am looking forward to this night with these champions. Trust me, they are awesome.

And for this night, I am doing full band. It's been some time I do full band so I am excited nevertheless.

It's 2 weeks from now. Book your calendar and I hope to see you all there. It's gonna be an awesome night, a heartcore night.

night of worship

Tonight was something I won't forget in a hurry. Loved how God moved and how we respond with our heart of worship. 

Reading some testimonies and seeing the pictures of every cell groups warms my heart to know our God is moving. 

And His love is unstoppable 😃I don't know where God will lead us from here, but I can only believe He prepares the best for those who believe in Him.
 
My heart is just grateful for everything that happened tonight. This year have been ups and downs but God is good, all the time.
 
And all the time, He is good.
 
Thank you all for making this night wonderful. All glory to Him! 

May this be our breakthrough in the "year of restoration"

Special shoutout to Ng Ming Foo and Danny Kinchang for coming and investing their time to pass their passion about sound to the church worship teams. I am grateful that not just the soundcrew were there but the rest of the worship team members were around to learn together too. I think it's important everyone come to learn and understand what it is all about so it helps in the team's communication with each other.

Luminous throwback

Luminous event was literally luminous. Event was more than "lit". The "thank you" list will be long but I really wanna thank everyone that came and those direct or indirectly involved in many areas of this wonderful night. We all really light up the atmosphere.

The amount of preparation put in was crazy. I am quite humbled by the effort despite the shortcomings. I love my church. I wish people would appreciate them more than they should.

#throwback to #fcclumi2016. This is how we light up the sanctuary. What was a crazy idea turns into an amazing feat. Cheers to those who worked long hours to get this working, huge credit to them.

Had a fun time in "lighting and music" segment too. I did 2 slots, Rebecca Lo and Grace Pang took one each. Both did well. I had fun especially in the 2nd slot which leads up to Christmas countdown.

Even though the night was fun and all, my prayer is that the message of being the light of the world impacts and inspire you to be one. 

Before Jesus was born, hope seems lost and the world was in darkness. His coming has brought light and those who knows the light are called to experience Him fully and to live it out that light.

Let's light up this world when all seems groom and dark.

Looking forward towards greater things to come.

Apart from singing, i think it's my first time sharing about the gospel in public. It's Christmas, it's a wonderful time to share the Gospel to a world where often despair dominates the headlines.

I was briefly mentioned on a local Christian website. Ok, largely the article is about what's heartcore is all about. I am so honoured to be part of something that is bigger than myself.
